Retired Worker Dies of Mesothelioma

John McTaggart worked as a plumber and engineer, and was exposed to asbestos early in his working life. One of his last acts before death was to case a vote in a municipal election he was running in. Family of Mesothelioma Victim Wins Trial

Recently, the family of one such worker was awarded $2.25 Million in a mesothelioma lawsut in New York.
